Lodging certificate

Every foreigner who wishes to stay in France a less than 90 days for private or family visit, has to present a lodging certificate.

This evidence has to be picked up beside of the city hall of the place of residence of the inviting person (the city where he is living in FRANCE).

The certificate is asked and signed by the person (French or foreign) who wants invite someone in France.

It is required to get the french visa, for the nationalities which are subjected to it, by the French consular authorities or of another State part in the agreement Schengen.

In case of control, you have to show this certificate to the french immigration officer.
